Family Guy show

This was written on the screen while people are waiting for the boxing match between Lois and her opponent Derideri Jackson. Does it refer to people being excited about the game? Is there an equivalent to soften the language a little bit?

butt scratcher

The term 'butt-scratcher' refers to a fictitious device supposedly similar in design and purpose to a 'back-scratcher' - but intended for use on a lower part of the human anatomy which may benefit from a good scratch especially if the person has been sitting down too long.

In the context of a boxing match or other public spectacle, the successive shouts of 'butt-scratcher!!!' - 'butt-scratcher!' are part of a classic ritual used in public events with a view to getting the audience into a suitable mood to enjoy the up-coming entertainment.

The term originally coined by Family Guy's Peter Griffin now has a cult following at UK music festivals such as Glastonbury, Latitude, Leeds and Reading. A festival-goer will shout "Buttscratcher!!!" at the top of his or her voice, and this will be met by replies of "Buttscratcher" from anyone who hears it, and who understands the tradition. The practise helps to build a sense of community at festivals.
Note from asker:
I mean, if this is to be translated, it could mean nothing. It must have a cultural background to be understood, I think? What if I translate the meaning instead? Like cheers or some form of enthusiastic words, just thinking.

back/butt scratcher

"butt" is for the rear end so rather more uncommon than a backscratcher though they perform the same purpose. They kelp you reach to scratch any itchy bits.

Apparently Peter sold them to raise funds

I really don't see how reference to Glastonbury or other festivals helps you translate for your culture, which is why I merely explained what the term actually means.

Do you have any ways of firing up an audience, particularly at matches or festivals? What would you use? What would be sold by vendors that might be similar?
In the (very) old days people would have shouted "Roll Up Roll Up!! Get your XXXX here!!" to attract attention.
Usually so much noise at matches and festivals now it would be hard to hear anyone without a megaphone so there are may be hashtag messages like #everyoneready?? #musicmatters # funtimes #dancewithme #singalong #claphands put up on the giant screens as everyone is on social media anyway
