additional costs on vehicles Explanation: Hi!:) I think the kanji combination is 車両付帯費. And I would translate it as "additional/incidental costs on vehicles", which probably includes the "on-road costs" as duly suggested by Port City, but since you are translating an income statement (probably of a company that buys and uses not only automobiles as physical persons do), I would suggest this broader and more descriptive translation.
