In relation to the RESAS analysis system, 移輸出入収支 is used to measure leakage of tourism consumption to other areas to see how much a certain town is benefiting from tourism. I found the term defined as follows but don't know how to represent it simply in English.

「移輸出入収支額」とは、域外からの（移出・輸出に伴う）収入額から域外への（移入・輸入に伴う）支出額を差し引いたものである。

I think "trade balance" gerenally refers to international trade balance. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balance_of_trade

Asker: Thanks! I have a quick question. If this is income injections minus income leakages in the local economies, can we call it "net trade balance?" Or is "net trade balance" more of a measure of a national economy?
