It is a certificate that I'm translating into Canadian English. This is its name.
I was thinking of "Certificate of Incomplete Course of Study", but I'm not convinced. I'm not sure about the whole phrase and how to translate "incompletos", maybe "in progress"..?
FYI, all subjects are approved, what is only left for the student to approve is the thesis.

Se usa, 'transcript' en lugar de 'certificado' e incluye todos las asignaturas cursadas, exámenes, etc. Hay 'official and unofficial transcripts'. El primero es pedido a la universidad y se expide en papel especial con todas las firmas de corresponding autoridades, el segundo tiene la misma información pero sin dichas firmas y se puede obtener en línea.
