The change of the Benchmark Index will grant to Shareholders an inverse exposure with monthly (rather than daily) 1x leverage to the performance of the Italian long-term sovereign bonds having a maturity between 8.5 and 11 years (“BTP”) and for which Long-Term Euro-BTP Futures are a representative indicator.
The Benchmark Index represents a funded short position on Long-Term Euro-BTP Futures with 1x leverage and monthly rebalancing.
