Geluids-overgangsisolatie.

There is no real context here, as the word is just apperas in a list of features for a certain product ("systeemplafond"), along with "Geluidsabsorptie", "Vochtbestendighei", etc.

There is probably the idea of "isolation acoustique", but I don't understand where "overgang" comes into the picture.
