TAG’s notes

English Medical Livestock / Animal Husbandry
Noting that the country highlights where cut.
I don’t think this is a bad thing, but I can see some countries either appreciating being featured and/or motivated by seeing the features.
This could be a quick discussion on whether it is worth seeing if a small feature along the side somewhere could be integrated into the Newsletters or on the website home page.

Agree with Phil It looks more like an acronym, maybe the client's name, eg
Techniques d'Avant Garde "TAG" ….
(the notes made by TAG)

Is "TAG's notes" the headline?
If so, there's no way of answering your question. It could be the initials of a person or job title.
"Where" appears to be a mistake for "were".

notes on (regarding) tags

A bit of a stab in the dark. Guessing!
You could give more context perhaps? What comes before this? Or is it a heading?

Could this refer to tags, highlighting/drawing attention to features/landmarks etc. of countries e.g like social media tags do?
So, notes on (regarding) tags?

If not, then Phil could be right about it just being initials

Agree that "where" looks like an error.
