Contexte:

"Quels sont les espaces qui s'offrent à eux oú il ya suffisamment de confiance pour qu'ils puissent recevoir ces perspectives multiples?" car il ne s'agit pas seulment d'être entouré, il s'agit d'être "bien" entouré. La qualité de leur entourage et la qualité de leur relation avec cet entourage est bien plus déterminante que juste le nombre de personnes autour d'eux. Et les dirigeants par le lien hiérarchique qui les unissent à leurs équipes n'ont plus le luxe de recevoir ces miroirs non déformés et sans concession.

My reading is that a "miroir déformé" is actually a "miroir déformant", i.e. what you get is not necessarily what you see. So the "dirigeants" can no longer trust what they hear or see. It'a bit convoluted....

My reading is that the mirror in question is an image, a representation. Given the closeness between managers and their teams, managers want their representation by their teams to change: to reflect more collaboration, more informality, more empathy, more emotion.
