English term

Statement of Means

English to French Other Law (general)
If after the lodgement of a “Statement of Means” and the examination in court of the debtor the Judge is of the view that the debtor is in a position to pay the debt either in one lump sum or by instalments then he or she may make such an order. In this instance a judge would usually also award the costs of the examination.

état de ressources

On the basis that things like a 'bank statement' are an 'état' (I'm not entirely sure that 'relevé' would be appropriate here?) and 'means' in this sense tends to be 'ressources' (see applications for CAF, APL, [former] RSA, etc.)
