Spanish term or phrase: Solicitandose Tac de AP; SNG; debitos en descenso
Team, I am translating a Clinical summary of a pancreatic tumor surgery. The report makes reference to three terms that I am having difficulty phrasing properly in English, or am uncertain as to their specific meaning- since they are acronyms, there are various alternatives:

Solicitandose TAC de AP
Pesquisandose HC I y II
debitos en descenso (Sonda Nosogastrica)

I know what Solicitandose, pesquisandose and Sonda Nosogastrica mean, but can't find the meanings for the abreviations, and am uncertain how to express debitos en descenso, although I am sure it refers to a reduction in the amount of fluids draining through the tube.

Asker: Thanks, I was pretty sure about the TAC=CAT, it is the AP, and HC that had me stumped. Any clue on debito de descenso?
