English to Swedish Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals asthma

Part of a survey, the surveyed person is asked to tick what medicines have been used.
From what i gather medicines for asthma are of two types, temporary relief for immediate use at an onset, and maintenance which is effective on longer term. But have no clue what these are called in Swedish.
