: Surely that would translate 'three in one'? Well, it's really FOUR connections: one end going to 3 different connections. IN EN there is a diff. between ' in 1' and 1 into 3', I find it hard to believe FR would be incapable of making the same distinction

How many cables do we have? -1- How many types of connection does that cable provide? -3- How can that not describe a "trois-en-un" cable? Seriously./USB, VGA and Ethernet=>3 connections; I'm curious to know the difference between '3 in 1' and '1 into 3'?

: that would be one ending that could fit 3 standards // the only case I know of is a connector that can accept 2 standards, either a LAN cable or a standard phone modem cable; never heard of any capable of 3 standards
