Given the way this buzzord is bandied around in business these days, I think it's hard to find a neat verb that truly sums up all that this entails. Like it or not, the anglicism has found wide acceptance in FR, and one departs from it at ones peril.
I think it is necessary therefore to rephrase slightly around it, in order to fit in the noun or gerund forms in place of the (missing) verb.
I would add that I think this is important in this specific context, where we appear to be in a short-term role-play situation; in other circumstances, I would probably favour a different solution.

L'on rencontre parfois le terme "coacher", mais je n'aime pas du tout! Sinon, d'accord avec Tony évidemment pour l'utilisation maladroite de "them".
