On second thought... It's probably pseudocode... More like program specs than program code. ;-)

END IF

SI, ET, ALORS etc are all translations of English logic terms (which are usually left in English in French documents).

FIN SI --> END IF, denoting the end of the sequence that began with SI (IF).

But this is pseudo code, not Pascal or C, so there's no need to keep it in English for it to work.
