English to French Marketing Manufacturing Textiles thermo sensitive for oscks carpets etc...

Among other products such as foam backed socks, carpets etc.. the company also supplies perforation services called commission perforation. It is the Commission which really puzzles me I thought it was on order = sur commande
But my husband tells me it is a service provided by another company which the first company supplies. Merci d'avance de vos lumières
