This will imply the following actions:
1.Establishment of sector committees in collaboration with appropriate associations
2.Rapidly identify companies ready to offer deals within each sector
3.The Secretariat takes the lead in receiving ‘proposals for investment’
4.The technical committee works with a panel of financial market experts to identify possible financial schemes for the proposals
5.The proposals most likely to attract local financial market participation are selected
6.Potential financial market ‘takers’ are identified
7.Investment experts are identified that work with the local investors and prospective participating financial institutions to develop the joint venture investment packages
8.The packages are floated to the Country Y and diaspora private sectors and highlighted at Act X 2011
