co-ownership fees
Hello,
These are fees that all co-owners must pay. It's just a way to collect more money.
I hope this helps.

: or charges. they are monthly/quarterly charges-for heating, maintenance etc. not really fees (fees seems to be preferred au Canada though).

common charges (of co-owners)
these are e.g. common charges for owners of condos where hall, elevator, stairways etc. are obviously shared by all co-owners and have to be paid by all of them in accordance with a given "key", i.e. depending usually on the size of the individual ownership apartment.

body corporate fees
Well, this is certainly what this is called in OZ, but appears to be a localised term.
Medium confidence is averaging high confidence for an Oz English audience, low confidence for everywhere else.

commonhold assessment (British English)
Condominium is the legal term used in the United States and in most provinces of Canada. In Australia and the Canadian province of British Columbia it is referred to as strata title. In Quebec the term syndicate of co-ownership is used. In England and Wales the equivalent is commonhold, a form of ownership introduced in 2004 and still uncommon in most places.

Jurisdictions based on the civil law also have concepts equating to
commonhold: for example, Scotland has had a system known as the law of tenement for centuries, while France has the concept of copropriété.
http://www.communities.gov.uk/documents/housing/pdf/138226.p...
Commonhold assessment: the income raised from unit holders to meet the expenses of the commonhold association for the management, maintenance, insurance, repair and other costs of the common parts.
Common parts: all those parts of the building, or estate (the commonhold land) which are not included within the unit. It will typically include the structure of the building, the corridors, lifts and the staircases, the communal car parks or roads and any other communal areas.

Commonhold assessment - this is the term adopted by the 2002 Act for the charges to be made by the commonhold association and payable by the unit holders (see below) in order to pay for the upkeep and insurance of the common areas of the commonhold development. It serves the same purpose as the traditional service charge arrangement in a building held under the leasehold form of tenure but is more likely to be strictly controlled by regulations.
Unit-holder - this is the term to be used for the individual owner of a unit within a commonhold development. It distinguishes this form of tenure from those where an owner or occupier is a lessee or tenant.

: What (we) commonholders end up paying is still called service charges in a UK scenario.
