Honors at AUC was translated مرتبة الشرف, but this person did not graduate with either Honors, High Honors, or Highest Honors. Still I think the word "honors" still means شرف

You could also use the expression: رفعة الدرجة instead of الشرف

degrees issued in Arabic have: مع كافة الحقوق والامتيازات
I would use these two words and ignore "honors" in this context.

If you think "honors" should be translated, you can say: المراتب والحقوق والامتيازات

agree Noha Kamal, PhD. : Exactly, certificates are all about cliches. The trick is to use the right cliche with the right culture. Going literal here is hardly a good idea.
