French term
taux de prise d’appels
French to English
Bus/Financial
holiday company

call handling rate
I've come across this term used in similar contexte... Perhaps sounds a bit more 'businesslike' than 'answer'?

Seems simplest or: rate of calls per sale.

5 hrs
call-respond rate
Rather than "call-response rate". Can't make my mind up about that hyphen though.
9 hrs
inbound call rate
call centres talk of 'inbound' and 'outbound' calls. So I'd suggest using 'inbound' in this context to differentiate from bookings made as a result of a marketing push (outbound calling).
