French to English Other Geology

In connection with the sale of property, the vendor is informing the purchaser of a report regarding pollution of the land. This report states "L'activité passé n'a donc pas généré des foyers important de pollution ... En revanche, compte tenu des éléments observés dans les remblais, les terrains en place ne sont pas inertes et leur évacuation (pour la réalisation de foncation, de pose de canalisation ...)". Could this possibly be a spelling mistake in the French?
