Es handelt sich um eine Anleitung zur Wurzelkanalbehandlung, hier speziell um das Einbringen des Füllmaterials in den freigelegten Kanal. Mir ist nicht ganz klar, was ich mir unter dem "carrier " vorstellen soll: ein Spachtel? eine Art Spritze?

Irgendwie muss das Material ja in den Zahn kommen, entweder mit einer Spritze oder einem Spatel oder wie auch immer. Ich würde mir hier helfen, indem ich das Ganze umschreibe:
Die ABC-Wurzelkanalfüllpaste wird in den erweiterten Wurzelkanal eingebracht und der Defekt verschlossen.
So oder ähnlich...
