I think in fact you might eb parsing that wrongly; I believe it is not 'impression au pelliculage', but rather, 'ajoutées au... et au pelliculage', in which case your 'laminating' or 'lamination' might well be right.
Just in case it is in fact 'impression au pelliculage' (which i somehow doubt), you might need to check out 'film overprinting'; it's difficult to weed out, as there are such a lot of non-relevant Ghits for 'film printing', but I did just come across a few that seem to be referring to some kind of actual printing process; have to admit I'm no expert here either, though!
I do remember old LP covers used to say "laminated with Clarifoil" — usually most easily read once it had started to peel off!
