Provision for initial evaluation pilots includes on-the-ground work in the Newham area of London under the auspieces of the local mental health service and other geographical areas in line with the practical, on-the-ground strategy of WHO, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Geneva and Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
