Madrid celebra las II Semana Europea de las Lenguas...que coincide este sábado con el Día Internacional de la Traducción.
De 1700 a 2100 el GOETHE-INSTITUT MADRID (c/ Zurbarán, 21 - 28010 Madrid) abre sus puertas con talleres, mercadillos y una feria gastronómica
con especialidades culinarias de Alemania, Polonia, Eslovenia,
Hungría, Estonia, Chequia, Lituania y Portugal.
Es el evento que reune mayor numero de idiomas europeos.
Un buen lugar y ocasión para conocer a los colegas traductores en Madrid, para charlar sobre la profesión, despejar dudas, compartir inquietudes. La idea es compartir experiencias y en un lugar de encuentro y en una fecha que nos ayuda a darnos a conocer.
¡Esperamos conocer a muchos traductores y personas interesadas en la traducción!

I only received notice about this powwow today, much too late to plan for it. Also, holding it on a Friday may not be a very good idea, at least for those who go away on the weekends.

It's a shame, I would have loved to attend, but you sent out the notification at 3 am today and I've only just seen it now at 9 am. I usually plan my Friday night a few days in advance. Really, you should have given more notice

I know indeed how weekends go in Madrid. I planned myself lastminute to go to this already organized event and it would be nice to meet some translators. My first powwow. Definitely will organize others better planned.
