It will solve many problem if there is a mechanism for transferring any payment from Papal to MoneyBooker.
Actually, we have not Papal in Egypt, as other countries,
so if there is any type of cooeration between PayPal and MoneyBookers, it will facilitate many transactions with clients, especially those do pay wih PayPal ONLY.

If it is possible, it would be nice for me too, as we cannot open paypal account from Bangladesh but I also wonder that it might be expensive as you need to transfer money from paypal to moneybookers and from moneybookers to your account.
Isn't there anyone who can answer to this question!!

Well, I am willing to pay a reasonable cost of such service, because it will help me deal with my accounting, not to mention the fact that PayPal only works in certain countries.
I wonder how long it will takem them to see the market potential of the rest of the world.

Maybe I'm missing something but Paypal and Moneybookers both work the same way. If you receive money into one you can withdraw it to your bank account. Why would you want to transfer funds between the two?
If it's because Paypal doesn't work in your country then what difference would it make if you could transfer between the two anyway. You'd have to have an account with each in the first place in order to make a transfer.

It seems the issue here is that Moneybookers works in more countries than Paypal does, but clients prefer to use Paypal rather than Moneybookers.
I guess the only solution until Paypal spreads to more countries or more clients open accounts with Moneybookers is to resort to the good old wire transfer / Western Union etc.

For some countries PP is only for paying, but you cannot withdraw money. While at the same time you can with MB. I was in such situation, until PP opened full service in my country. Before that - I was not able to receive payments thrugh PP.
But then - if you cannot withdraw money, you also cannot receive them, as this option is not available in such accounts!
I was exploring this option (PP MB) some time ago, but seems like it's impossible, as those systems are separated and have nothing in common (except for they are alike).
So I think there is no option to transafer funds from one to another.

For example in Chile you can only withdraw money from your paypal account by US check and this can only be cashed if you have a bank account in US dollars or pay 30-50 US dollars to cash it in a currency exchange office. However Moneybookers does allow to transfer your money to a local bank account, so it would be great if there was a way to transfer funds from paypal to moneybookers.

Yes, I can see the benefit of being able to transfer funds there, so long as you have accounts with both in the first place.
Anni, what you said about PP not having a full service in some countries makes sense too. I didn't realise that.
Thinking about it, I've got an account with Paypal China (.com.cn) and with Paypal (.com) and you can't even transfer between the two! I think it may be a long while before anyone can transfer between PP and MB.

As far I as know, I can send money via PayPal to anyone who has an e-mail address without the need of having a bank account (have done that in the past).

Funny, I was just thinking about that then I saw this post. It would be great indeed. I need to send a small amount to a colleague via Moneybookers, but my bank in the States charges me $44 to upload funds to my Moneybookers account because it'd be a wire transfer.

One time I tested the xoom.com's service and for Argentina they work pretty good.
You make a transfer from xoom to your country and pay with your PayPal's account so at PayPal pointview this is a normal pay transaction and you dont need to be a verified PayPal user.
In Argentina I can pickup in cash or make a order to deposit on my local bank account without extra charge.
