E-Mail Software for USB Sticks May 1, 2008

There's a very nice little e-mail software package called
"AK-Mail" which runs from a normal USB stick with no extra tweaking
necessary.

All the files the program needs and all your e-mail plus
attachments are stored in one directory, so it is easy to use on
any computer.

If I'm out and about for a few days I use it directly from the
stick, then when I'm settled at home I just synchronise the
directory from stick to hard drive and then I can use it directly
from my hard drive again.

It's not freeware, but not expensive, and freelance programmers also need to earn money! ▲ Collapse
