I've received no Kudoz notifications today since around 08.30 CET. My mail server's working - I've been receiving other mails. I haven't changed my dashboard settings.
Is anyone else suffering from the same problem?

I checked up on jobs - there haven't been any in my pairs. But I didn't think to check powwows - thank you Francesca. Now I have and I, too, haven't received anything about them either.

Hi everyone,
We had a slight problem with the bulk mailer this morning, and the notification system was affected.
Everyone should start receiving the delayed notifications within the next half hour.

Right now I started receiving those to be received 5-6 hours ago.
Correct, the notifications should start showing up in the order that our system received them, so your notifications should catch up within the hour.

That happens to me too. I don't receive certain job offers even tho I do meet all the requirements. But that's been going on for months.

Well, I've received at least 15 Kudoz questions today without difficulty.
However, a client with absolutely no connection to ProZ was unable to send to me, although my system is receiving other emails without problems.
What's going on? The mysteries of the ether again, I suppose ...
