ضعاف النفوس

Arabic to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
This is from an article talking about underage "mut`a" or "`urfi" marriages to Syrian girls in Jordan.

I know it is literally "weak souled" or "weak hearted" but neither of these seem appropriate. Is it perhaps "heartless"? Thank you for any suggestions!
