My professional backgrounds are in economy (secondary school diploma in Tourism), Information Technology (main specilization is IT security) and Philology (German & Dutch Language and Literature).

I have experience on jobs of almost any size: user guides, contracts, software documentation and websites to full book translations and proofreading (longest translation is about 800,000 characters).

I've started my carreer in 2001 on a German-to-Hungarian lexicography project, then worked in IT for 16 years (Dutch, German and English). Since 2018 I'm a full-time translator, who has also lots of experience in summarizing newspaper articles from any of my foreign languages into Hungarian.

My main values are accuracy, attention to detail and pragmatism. My native language is Hungarian, but in cooperation with my bilingual wife we can also provide English to Dutch, Hungarian to Dutch and German to Dutch translations as well.
