I've just found the following sentence in an old document; I'm afraid I have no further context. I thought I might as well leave the sentence exactly as I found it.
Το εκκλησάκι της Παναγιάς της Γοργόνας, σκαρφαλωμένο (perched) σε ένα βράχο, βρίσκεται στη Σκάλα Συκαμινιάς (Συκαμιάς), ένα γραφικό ψαροχώριστη βόρεια ακτογραμμή της Λέσβου, επίνειο (seaport, haven) της Συκαμινιάς (Συκαμιάς).
