To my structural engineer colleagues - would it be correct to translate it as "static model"? Or does a more appropriate term exist?

Kim is right in that statics is a field in physics which relates to stationary structures. In English though statics is not generally used in architecture, where structural analysis or structural design is preferred. Whether you use "design" or "analysis" depends on the context. If you have formulae and figures, then that is the analysis. A drawing with dimensions would be a design. Here, the limited context implies that analysis would be more appropriate. The web references show the difference.

: "Statik" is an abbreviation for "statische Berechnungen" (design calculations). Their purpose is to document the underlying data (standards etc.) and the results of the design as shown on the execution drawings.

Thinking laterally, if the Muster is provided for projects that are carried out regularly, there might be a benefit to all concerned if a standard / guideline was in place, as I said, thinking laterally.

In most cases, we use something with "structural" to translate the German term Statik. I can't find any references to "static pattern" or "static model" in reference to structural analysis.
Early work on static pattern engineering examined two boundary conditions of interest: Unconditioned Consciousness and Complete Absorption of Attention Without Awareness. In the latter case, which takes many forms, I was most interested in cases of extreme depression and catatonia:

The static model describes the structure of a distributed parameter system, i.e. its state at a specific time instant.
The description of qualitative states in a distributed parameter model is more complex than in a lumped parameter model, regardless of whether an object-based or a field-based ontology is used.

Statics is the branch of mechanics concerned with the analysis of loads (force, torque/moment) on physical systems in static equilibrium, that is, in a state where the relative positions of subsystems do not vary over time, or where components and structures are at a constant velocity. When in static equilibrium, the system is either at rest, or its center of mass moves at constant velocity. The study of moving bodies is known as dynamics.
Statics is used in the analysis of structures, for instance in architectural and structural engineering. Strength of materials is a related field of mechanics that relies heavily on the application of static equilibrium.
