Hello,
It just seems a little odd to me that an opinion was requested of an anesthesiologist (although it actually says "anesthesia opinion" - also confusing to me) rather than a surgeon or cardiologist. Does this make sense to my colleagues?
For context, I don't have the history of this patient, but at the moment he is in the hospital for pain syndrome and fever (receiving antibiotic therapy) with respiratory distress and 02 desaturation - he has required resuscitation twice. He also has acute leukemia.
This is part of a description of the clinical course over several days.
Modification de posologies et de TRT selon le bilan
PAC bouché, protocole héparine appliqué: échec; avis anésthésie: protocole Urokinase avec surveillance.
Thanks!

Preoperative evaluation for anesthesia and surgery
I think this is mentioned in case surgery/anesthesia is required.

I agree with dwt2 that it may be restricted to solving a blocked port-a-cath. But this may require surgery.
