Porque fiz esta pergunta Como disse acima, já vi várias traduções para stakeholder, até como 'cidadãos'. as principais traduções estão no Random House:
1. the holder of the stakes of a wager (new one for me: it means bet.)
2. a person or group that has an investment, share, or interest in something, as a business or industry. (ou shareholder?)
3. Law. a person holding money or property to which two or more persons make rival claims.
A definição da Marlene, no meu ver engloba todas :)
