In response to your note - I'm not sure either, but perhaps you need to log out of Proz.com and access that question via a confirmation email that may have been sent to your account when you first posted this question. You will have received this kind of email when you (re-)posted this question as a registered user, but I'm not sure about whether you received this kind of email for your initial question(?)
Alternatively, you could contact a moderator and ask them to close that question on your behalf, or I can contact them if you like....
