Secondo me dice che il buyer intende utilizzare un'entità/società appositamente costituita alla quale intestare un determinato bene immobiliare.
Quindi l'avvocato si deve assicurare che questa entità (società appositamente costituita) sia stata costituita in modo corretto.
Quindi se ho capito bene per rendere l'idea dovrebbe rendersi qualcosa del tipo: l'entità destinata ad essere titolare del bene immobiliare.
Non so se mi sono spiegata bene... Poi vedi tu dal contesto se ti pare sia questo.
