"Symptom Area"

Behavioral Research
This phrase is a column, or heading, in a questionnaire that asks about a patient's functioning in different areas of life. The term does NOT refer to an area of the body or organ where a symptom is felt; this is about different categories or types of symptoms: the 'symptom areas' are p.es. sleep, appetite, mood, social functioning, speech, memory, etc. Sarebbe corretto dire 'area sintomatologica'? Grazie!

E' un po' semplicistico, però in italiano mi sembra più appropriato di "area sintomatologica", visto il tipo di elementi elencati in seguito
