English to Italian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) association agreement

In un agreement of association tra due società, nella sezione riguardante l'arbitrato:
"The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties. The costs of arbirttration shall be determined by the arbitration panel. Any ward of the arbitrators shall be enforceable by any court having jurisdiction over the party." Thanks a lot!
