To replicate perfectly the 13 indices SGAM should rebalance, at the same time, all the market but it's impossible regarding the conception of the indexes. SGAM decide to minimise the impacts to rebalance Europe and US (60%-70% of their Market cap) at the same time (16h00 pm, Paris Time) when both markets are opened and to rebalance Asia on the opening of the following day.
