CLAUSE 27 – ASSIGNMENT
No assignment of or change of interest in this insurance or in any amount payable under it will be binding on or recognised by the Insurer.
The Insurer will return any premium the insured has paid for the remaining period of insurance, provided the Insured has not made a claim under this insurance. Any repayment will be made as soon as reasonably possible but is not a condition of the cancellation.

La regola contenuta nel 1° comma può comunque essere derogata per accordo tra il cedente e il cessionario, i quali possono, ad esempio, convenire su di una cessione separata del diritto agli interessi.
