Not sure about this one Sam, pure guess on my part. Zinc mines are generally found in Oued Amizour (North) and in Tindouf (South). Do you have any more information where it may be situated (which Wilaya to be precise).

Discussion
Looking at an atlas, it seems to be somewhere between Mohammadia and Ralizane. It is "ancien" in French, I would assume it has fallen into missuse. There is a train station between Mh. and Ralizane, no name, branching off north to Mostaganem, and seems to be very close to the bearings provided.
