Dear colleagues,
I'm translating an agreement, and in which I see this phrase: "Trust Fund XXX APMBC".
*All financial contributions intended for the XXX shall be transferred to a separate “Trust Fund XXX APMBC” bank account.*
Should I trust my researches results, APMBC would be "Account Payable Management Benchmarking Consortium". But I'm not sure neither this is what APMBC stands for.
On the other hand, provided that's right, then what would the best way to translate it be? I presume APMBC should not be translated. So what I have so far is:
"صندوق XXX الائتماني APMBC" (due to visual reasons, I allow myself to transliterate it: Sandouk XXX al-e'timani APMBC).
I would appreciate your feedback and/or other suggestion :-)

If you are approaching an Arabic market and audience, I think I have to give him the name in Arabic so that s/he can understand the whole story after the company. This is just a suggestion!!Success

Perhaps the first one with Ban, is the general reference. The Prohibition one is the formal/full convention title.

the part "and on their Destruction" is an addition to the phrase: The treaty is:
اتفاقية حظر استعمال وتخزين وإنتاج ونقل الألغام المضادة للأفراد، وتدميرها.
أو وتدمير تلك الألغام
On the other hand, the exact convention title I have here in the agreement is "The Convention on the Prohibition on the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction".
So I'm a bit confused here :-)
In deed, the agreement I'm translating IS related to the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention. :-)
Do you think I went too far with my imagination? hehe :-)
