Apologies for my confused comment/answer on your previous kudoz! (I must have been half asleep..)

To "rouginere" is to elevate soft tissue away from bone structures in surgical procedures. So "rougineres" means the tissue is loosened and elevated from the bone, "facialt" is the direction/orientation, in this case facially and lingually (towards face and tongue)
