ورغم أن التعبير ده قريب لتعبير "مقطعة نفسها من العياط" في العامية المصرية، لكنه بديل جيد أيضًا

وفيه تعبير بالإنجليزي قريب من المعنى ده وهو
she is crying her heart out/ she is crying her eyes out
رغم ان التعبيرين دول أقرب إلى تعبير مقطعة نفسها من العياط بس حبيت أعطي لحضرتك بدائل
