"Smertefiguren bærer preg av smerter over .. kroppen".
"Pattern of pain"? Or do any of you know a more sophisticated term?

The (patho-)physiology of pain perchance being too much to read into the source term, though pathology had been the first term that occurred to me.
Example sentence:
