This list explains many of the payment terms commonly used on invoices.

Invoice payment terms

Net monthly account Payment due on last day of the month following the one in which the invoice is dated
PIA Payment in advance
Net 7 Payment seven days after invoice date
Net 10 Payment ten days after invoice date
Net 30 Payment 30 days after invoice date
Net 60 Payment 60 days after invoice date
Net 90 Payment 90 days after invoice date
EOM End of month
21 MFI 21st of the month following invoice date

Net-30/Net-7/Net-10/Net-15: These all refer to how long from when an invoice is sent until the check/money is in the hands of the vendor.

Net 10, net 15, net 30 and net 60 (often hyphenated, e.g. "net-10" and/or followed by "days", e.g. "net 10 days") are forms of trade credit which specify that the net amount (the total outstanding on the invoice) is expected to be paid in full and received by the seller within 10, 15, 30 or 60 days after the goods are dispatched or service is completed.
