The culpability dictum/decision

Guilty verdict is not an exact translation because guilty verdict is the finding of jury. If the jurors find the defendant guilty, they return guilty verdict. Since we do not have jury in criminal prosecution in Iran, we cannot use guilty verdict in this case. In fact, what the asker asked is related to a term used at Public Prosecutor's Office. Assistant to the Public Prosecutor files a criminal complaint if he establishes that the evidence implicate the defendant or the accused. Upon the filing of the criminal complaint, the Public Prosecutor issues an indictment, which is then followed by arraignment and then a trial. Except for press offences, in criminal and civil trials in Iran, we do not have a jury, so there is no such thing as guilty verdict.

قرار مجرمیت در مرحله دادسرا توسط بازپرس یا دادیار صادر می شود. دادسرا معمولا یکی از سه قرار منع تعقیب، موقوفی تعقیب یا قرار مجرمیت را صادر می کند. پس از صدور قرار مجرمیت توسط بازپرس، دادستان یا مدعی العموم کیفرخواست را صادر می کند و همه اینها قبل از ارسال پرونده به دادگاه انجام می شود.
guilty verdict عبارت
به معنای رای بر مجرمیت متهم است که معمولا توسط هیئت منصفه و در مرحله دادگاه صادر می شود که اصلا در ایران در محاکمات کیفری ، هیئت منصفه وجود ندارد که بخواهد رای بر مجرمیت متهم بدهد.
