It was a great night for all the ProZians who could meet in Cordoba city. Needless to say, the night was awesome and the spirit of the colleagues who met there, even better.

It is always a pleasure to meet translators from all the country, and as Silvina said, even from neighboring countries, for it is a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, anecdotes, and get in touch with great people.

I hope we can meet again in August to celebrate Proz Annual Conference!!!!

Hay un link a un mapa sobre cómo llegar al Dino en Cba. También pueden ver la página del lugar, es un complejo enorme que tiene hasta hotel:

La sugerencia del Buen Pastor me parece excelente para quienes no quieran que se haga el Pow wow en el Dino. Es céntrico pero no tan ruidoso como JBG y Patio Olmos.

Creo que Nueva Córdoba es el mejor lugar para todos porque es más céntrico y no se necesita de auto o taxi para movilizarse. Tanto Cerro de las Rosas como Dinosuario Mall están alejados del centro. Quizá sea una buena idea aprovechar el Paseo del Buen Pastor, frente a Johnny B. Good, o algún lugar en esa área. Es muy lindo a la noche. I've been looking for the options suggested on the internet and maybe "Johnny B Good" in Nueva Córdoba is a good place to meet. I am thinking on many of us with no car available. Last year there was a pw held there by Florencia and it seemed a kind place ... [url removed] ....We just have to make sure they accept bookings for "large groups" ;-) ...What do you think?

Silvina and beckysa - where would you suggest specifically in Patio Olmos? It has to be a place where there is space for a group to talk - the patio de comidas is noisy and crowded, I think. The bar entering from Bv. San Juan may be possible, depending on numbers. Or the Golden over the road in the Amerian - but we'd have to check prices there.

Thanks, Silvina, for the info. I know where it is, but not how to get there from the centre. I have a car, but cannot find a city map including the centre AND the mall to look for the roads to get there.

Can do - but it does depend on what transport the potential attendees have - it isn't in the centre of town. There are three or four bus lines passing there, but it takes half an hour from the centre. If there are a lot of non-cordobeses it could be tricky for them unless they have cars.

¿Alguien me puede decir dónde queda el Dinosaurio Mall? Hasta ahora, sé que el barrio Alto Verde está al norte de la ciudad, pero nunca estuve en Córdoba y no encuentro ningún mapa en Internet que me diga cómo llego desde el centro hasta allá.
