Für die Zubereitung der Salsa benötigen Sie 500 Gramm Tomaten, zwei rote Zwiebeln, zwei Knoblauchzehen,
eine Chilischote, etwas Salz und Pfeffer, den Saft einer Limette,
fünf Esslöffel Olivenöl und einen Bund Petersilie.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Zuerst legen Sie die Tomaten in eine große Schüssel und gießen kochendes Wasser darüber.
Gießen Sie das Wasser ab, sobald die Schale der Tomaten aufplatzt – und ziehen die Haut der Tomaten ab.
Schneiden Sie das Fruchtfleisch anschließend in kleine Würfel und entfernen die Kerne bzw. Stielansätze.
Schälen Sie den Knoblauch und die Zwiebeln, entfernen Sie die Kerne aus der Chilischote und hacken Sie alle drei Zutaten in feine Stücke.
Vermischen Sie diese anschließend mit den Tomaten und schmecken die Salsa noch mit Salz und Pfeffer, etwas Limettensaft und dem Olivenöl ab.
Hacken Sie einen halben Bund Petersilie ganz fein, rühren diese unter die Tomaten und lassen die Salsa anschließend für mindestens zwei Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen,
damit die Marinade schön einziehen kann. Bevor Sie den Dip am Ende servieren,
hacken Sie die restliche Petersilie grob und streuen diese zum Abschluss über die Salsa.

To make the sauce you need 500 g tomatoes, two red onions, 2 garlic cloves,

La rete Ethernet è lo strumento di comunicazione del CC per scambiare dati con:
È una rete ridondata [rete A (rossa) + rete B (blu)] in modo da assicurare il funzionamento dell’ATC anche in caso di anomalie di connessione.
Fisicamente la rete Ethernet risulta composta da:
• Cavi e connettori per i collegamenti tra i dispositivi
• 4 switch denominati Switch User (SWC-U) per interfacciare i dispositivi
• 4 switch denominati Switch Repeater (SWC-R) per assicurare una comunicazione priva di perdite in conseguenza di cablaggi estesi lungo la dorsale del treno
Cavi e connettori di rete
