Source text - English Product Schedules:
The Parties, or any of their Affiliates in accordance with Clause 2.1, may enter into Product Schedules for the supply of Product under this Agreement.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into each Product Schedule and each Product Schedule shall form a separate Agreement. Each Product Schedule shall be subject to, and shall incorporate by reference, all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
To the extent any term or condition of a Product Schedule conflicts with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control, except to the extent, if any, that such Product Schedule expressly and specifically states an intent to supersede this Agreement on a specific matter.

Le Parti, o qualsiasi delle rispettive Società Collegate in conformità all’articolo 2.1, potranno stipulare Allegati relativi al Prodotto per la fornitura del medesimo ai sensi del presente Contratto.
I termini e le condizioni del presente Contratto saranno integrati in ciascuna Scheda Prodotto e ciascuno dei medesimi costituirà un Accordo separato. Ciascuna Scheda Prodotto sarà soggetta a ogni termine e condizione del presente Contratto, i quali saranno integrati all’interno dei medesimi Allegati relativi al Prodotto.
Nella misura in cui vi sia incongruenza tra qualsiasi termine o condizione contenuti all’interno della Scheda Prodotto rispetto ai termini e alle condizioni del Contratto, questi ultimi prevarranno sui primi, salvo nei limiti in cui la Scheda Prodotto contenga la specifica ed espressa volontà di sostituire il Contratto in merito a una specifica materia, ove sussistente.

I am an Italian jurist and legal translator member of ANITI (Italian National Association of Translators and Interpreters) and registered with the Southeast Sicily Chamber of Commerce, who has decided to combine her legal expertise with her language skills.
After graduating in Law from the University La Sapienza of Rome in 2016, I specialised in Entertainment Law. During my training to become a lawyer, I got the TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills) Certificate; from 2019 to 2020 I carried out a traineeship at AGT (Arianna Grasso Traduzioni Legali), at the end of which I have become part of the translation team.
Thanks to this experience, I have gained skills in terminology management and deepened my knowledge in many areas of Law, mainly Company Law, Contractual Law and Procedural Law carrying out an intense activity of translation.
I have worked as a legal translator for translation agencies, companies and law firms since 2019, translating legal documents from English into Italian.
