As indicações foram enviadas pela gerência até o início de julho por meio de formulários. Coube aos executivos da Pride avaliar e verificar as informações presentes nos formulários preenchidos para assim, definir os vencedores. Foram escolhidos aqueles que realmente produziram feitos muito além das obrigações de suas funções.
De acordo com Lonnie Bane, Vice Presidente de Recursos Humanos, “o que esses indivíduos fizeram foi simplesmente ir além das funções normais de seu trabalho e conquistar mais. Eles possuem as qualidades e características que fazem da Pride uma grande empresa”.
Translation - English The Award winners visited Houston during an extended weekend and participated in a banquet and other activities with members from the Executive Team and the Board of Directors. During the banquet, each winner got a trophy.
The nominations were sent by management until the early July in forms. It was up to Pride’s officers to judge and analyze the data present in the forms to define the winners. Those whose production was far beyond their obligations and functions were chosen.
